What are the responsibilities and job description for the PM Planner position at Magnum, LTD?
The LTL AM Planner is responsible for building and dispatching effective P&D routes using applicable software.
Promote safety with staff, ensure safe work rules are followed.
Build effective P&D routes using software provided.
Create/modify and provide feedback on routing software as needed.
Ensure paperwork is processed correctly. Identify and resolve issues.
Make sure all appointment and special handling freight is routed for successful delivery.
Ensure dock staff is communicating any issues with freight, or changes to routes.
Provide feedback on dock worker performance to dock leadership.
Other duties/projects as assigned.
