- Serve as the primary contact for drivers, addressing operational concerns, route changes, and safety issues.
- Conduct regular safety and compliance meetings to reinforce company policies and regulatory adherence.
- Support customer service efforts by resolving shipping and delivery issues, maintaining strong client relationships.
