Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using various methods, including chemical applications, traps, and exclusion techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and follow-up actions.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and the importance of regular maintenance.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during service calls.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide recommendations for additional services that may benefit clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, pest control products, and safety regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Pest Control and Termite License is a plus
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with landscape management, lawn care, or farm machinery is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks associated with pest control services.
