Job Summary:
The HSE Manager oversees company-wide health, safety, and environmental (HSE) processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role involves managing HSE systems, policies, and staff to enhance safety and reduce operating costs. The position reports to the CAO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage HSE business plans and budgets.
- Ensure effectiveness of HSE programs, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and investigations.
- Implement and monitor safety KPIs.
- Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations.
- Oversee incident investigations and reports.
- Coordinate safety training programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HSE or related field or equivalent experience.
- Water Well Expierince
- 10 years of HSE experience, with 5 years managing a team.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, DOT safety, and risk management.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs).
Work Environment:
Primarily desk-based, with weekly field visits in industrial environments (e.g., drilling rigs, production sites).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
