Job Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Inside Sales, Quoting, and Purchasing professional, reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Main Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate quoting and timely delivery of products
- Manage inventory levels and costs, sourcing materials from suppliers as needed
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, production, and logistics teams
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Blueprint reading and understanding of welding, machining, and assembly processes
- Purchasing and procurement skills, including experience with supply chain management software
- Ability to quote time required to fabricate parts and write routers for manufacturing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
