SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator will manage smaller, less complex projects to support the efficient day-to-day operations of Magnum Systems' Project Management Department. This position requires the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment focused on customer service, task completion and attention to details.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Support the day-to-day operation of Magnum Systems' Project Management department by managing several small projects.
- Work with multiple departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Help with tracking part and vendor dates to support system schedules in to provide timely customer updates.
- Provide regular feedback to the entire Operations team to support on time delivery.
- Customer service, administrative activities such as answering the phone, responding to emails, and leading the charge to resolve customer issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required :
High school diploma or GED equivalent1 year project related experience in an equipment manufacturing environment or similar industryPreferred :

Must work closely with other departments, employees, customers, executive team, and vendors. Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office setting with limited exposure to noise, hazards, or extreme temperatures. This role routinely involves the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas, which may require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields, mandatory hearing protection, and safety footwear.Physical Requirements
Sitting : Primarily a sedentary position, involving extended periods of sitting to handle phone calls, process orders, and manage customer inquiries via computer systems.Sedentary Work : Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
