Magnuson Christian School is seeking a dedicated and passionate full time 5th Grade Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. As a Christian school committed to academic excellence and faith formation, we are looking for an educator who will develop the whole child-heart, soul, mind, and body.
Responsibilities:
- Teach 5th grade curriculum to assigned classroom
- Develop engaging lesson plans that meet academic standards and promote critical thinking, integrating Christian values into lessons.
- Incorporate technology and hands-on learning experiences in the classroom.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress through various evaluation methods.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student success.
- Participate in school events, professional development, and faith-based activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education
- Current State of Minnesota Teaching License
