Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Equipment Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery on construction sites, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment operation and mechanical knowledge, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, graders, loaders, and other equipment to perform various tasks on construction sites.
- Execute digging, grading, and other earth-moving activities as required by project specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly withexcavators and bulldozers.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
- A commitment to safety practices and procedures on construction sites.
- Valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
