Job Summary:

This role with build relationships with local organizations, organize events, and structure company sponsorships. This role will create social media content, reports, and analytics. The Community Engagement Coordinator will contribute to graphic design and contribute to creatively represent the Company for daily advertisement and special event planning.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties as assigned)

Community Building and Connections

• Connect with local organizations, businesses, and influencers to enhance our brand’s visibility and reputation within the community.
• Develop partnerships that align with our company’s mission and community outreach goals.
• Collaborate with company leadership and community stakeholders to create exciting fundraising and event opportunities.

Event Planning and Execution

• Plan, organize, and execute community events (e.g., charity fundraiser, sponsorships) from concept to completion.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management,
• Catering, permits, and volunteer coordination.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency while achieving targeted goals.

Sponsorship Management

• Identify and develop tailored sponsorships and/or event participation that align with company values and goals.
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements and maintain relationships with sponsors.
• Ensure that sponsorship deliverables (e.g., branding, activation, promotions) are fulfilled

Volunteer Coordination

• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for community events and initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to volunteers on event day to ensure smooth operations.
• Social Media Content

Social Media and Content Creation

• Create engaging social media content to promote community events, sponsorships, and fundraising efforts.
• Develop digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and awareness.
• Manage the company’s online presence during events, including live updates, posts, and interaction with followers.

Reporting and Analytics

• Track the success of community events, sponsorships, and social media campaigns using KPIs.
• Prepare and present post-event reports that include financial summaries, audience feedback, and key learnings.
• Analyze data to optimize future sponsorship strategies.

Project management and Communication

• Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure our community engagement efforts align with our overall marketing strategy.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, sponsors, volunteers, and partners.
• Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise in a professional and timely manner.

Graphic Design

• Assist with the development of visual content for promotional materials, including event flyers, social media graphics, an event signage (experience with graphic design software like Adobe Creative or Affinity Suite)

Qualifications

• Proven experience in community engagement, event planning, sponsorship management, and fundraising.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining partnerships with local organizations and sponsors.
• Strong experience in volunteer coordination, logistics, and on the day event management.
• Proficiency in social media content creation and management (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Passion for community engagement, social causes, and creating meaningful connections
• A collaborative, self-motivating individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Education and/or Experience

• Previous experience in automotive finance or general sales manager level role.
• Strong understanding of automotive financing and insurance processes and regulations.
• High school diploma is required and a degree in Finance, business, or accounting is preferred.
• Proficiency with finance and insurance software and tools.
• Recommend two years as an F&I Manager or assistant
• AFIP certification

• Computer software: Microsoft Office to include Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands to point, grasp, handle or feel, push, pull, reach, crouch, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive motions of the hands and/or wrists.

Physical Exertion:

• Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Light exertion can involve sitting, walking and/or standing most of the time.

Environmental Conditions:

• Work is performed in an office setting.
• Occasional weekend and evening hours may be required.
