Currently, we are searching for a dynamic General Manager for our Crumbl location in Methuen, Massachusetts.
Job Description: We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven leader who is willing to hustle and operate as the leader of a single Crumbl location to start, with the potential to grow into a multi-unit operator, depending on your skill set and growth trajectory. In this role, you will act like an owner and have the opportunity to autonomously all aspects of a retail bakery.
As a GM, you'll be in the trenches - learning, leading, and making big moves. You'll collaborate with teams across the company, drive store KPI's, and directly impact our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Step up, lead, and take ownership of your store and team.
- Team up with shift leads & department heads to build and execute strategies that drive KPI's, production, revenue and operations of the entire bakery .
- Coach, develop, and inspire teams to outperform expectations.
- Get hands-on with community outreach, HR, and operations to push every team member forward.
- Understanding the importance of company metrics systems & P&L's that ultimately drive store performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality, food service or customer service leadership role.
- Strong communication skills - you know how to influence, motivate, and get things done.
- Hungry for growth and eager to take on big challenges.
- Ability to lead by example and put in the necessary day to day energy.
- Customer-centric and attentive to the details.
- Great work ethic and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- Familiar with food service inventory, budgets, safety & quality standards.
