CMA - $18 - $22
LPN - $23 - $31
RN - $29 - $40
Pay scale will vary depending on level of education and experience.
Responsibilities, including but not limited to
- Float between various departments as needed to provide clinical support.
- Assist with patient assessments and care plans under the direction of nursing staff.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment options and care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient needs are met.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements, including but not limited to
- A graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Iowa (or) a graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse able to work in the state of Iowa.
- Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities and prioritize your work.
- Ability to work independently, exercise creativity, be attentive to detail, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to effectively calm patients and be able to deal with distressed and/or agitated patients and their families.
- Must adhere to all training requirements as mandated by Federal, State, and Professional licensure and regulatory standards.
