What Do We Do?
As a dedicated Team Member, you are a vital member of the Fazoli's team who is also learning and developing the essential skills to advance your career. You will work closely with your management team and crew to ensure the success of your Fazoli’s Restaurant. In order to fulfill this important role successfully you will need the following:

Responsibilities
A Fazoli's Cashier is a customer-facing role responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring a positive dining experience. They are the primary point of contact for customers at the front counter, providing friendly service and ensuring efficient order processing.
- Greeting and Assisting Customers: Welcoming guests, answering questions about the menu, making recommendations, and guiding them to the dining area.
- Order Taking and Processing: Accurately taking orders, inputting them into the point-of-sale (POS) system, processing payments (cash, credit, debit), and issuing receipts.
- Maintaining Front Counter Area: Keeping the front counter clean, organized, and stocked with necessary items like napkins, straws, and condiment packets.
- Ensuring Order Accuracy: Verifying order details, ensuring accuracy in the POS system, and communicating any special requests to the kitchen staff.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor, resolving customer issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Starting pay ranges between $10.00 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent on experience and availability.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Casual dining/fast casual experience preferred but not required. Associates with grand opening and high-volume experience are highly encouraged to applied.
