What Do We Do?

As a dedicated Team Member, you are a vital member of the Fazoli's team who is also learning and developing the essential skills to advance your career. You will work closely with your management team and crew to ensure the success of your Fazoli’s Restaurant. In order to fulfill this important role successfully you will need the following :

Responsibilities

A Fazoli's Outdoor Order Oaker, is responsible for taking orders from customers in an outdoor environment in the parking lot. They ensure accuracy, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a safe and efficient workflow.

• Please note this position will only be available for the first grand opening month - afterward you would transfer to an indoor cashier position.
• Taking Orders : Interact with customers in the parking lot, accurately taking their food or beverage orders using a handheld device.
• Customer Service : Provide friendly and courteous service, answering questions, offering suggestions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Order Accuracy : Repeat customer orders back to them for verification, ensuring all items and modifications are correct before processing the order.
• Order Processing : Input orders into the POS system, process payments, and prepare any necessary documentation for the kitchen or preparation area.
• Communication : Communicate clearly and efficiently with the kitchen staff or other personnel to ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly.
• Safety and Security : Maintain awareness of the surrounding environment, including traffic flow, pedestrian activity, and potential safety hazards.
• Maintaining a Clean and Organized Workspace : Ensure the order-taking area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Additional Duties : May assist with other tasks as needed, such as handling cash, preparing change, or assisting with customer service in other areas of the establishment.

Starting pay ranges between $10.00 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent on experience and availability.
