Bartender (248, Mahi'ai Table)

Mahi'ai Table in Foodland Farms, Ka Makana Ali'i is looking for a Bartender to join our team. We are seeking high energy, responsible individuals who are passionate about creating a welcoming place for guests to enjoy high quality food & beverages.

Bartenders must have excellent customer service, be able to work and communicate well with others, follow directions and department/company standard operating procedures. Bartenders assist the bar manager by keeping the bar areas neat, clean, stocked, and organized. They interact with guests, anticipate their food & beverage needs, take their orders, enter orders into the system, as well as ensure that safety and sanitation guidelines are followed. Bartenders must maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, and observe the company dress code. Bar staff must also abide by all company policies, house rules and guiding principles; support the company culture, values, and mission; and maintain a positive attitude toward the work and company.

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• previous bar experience preferred
• experience working in a high-volume food service establishment preferred
• liquor card preferred
• Must have TB Clearance
• Must comply with all company policies and requirements
