What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Shipping/Receiving Coordinator position at Mahlanders Inc.?
Immediate full-time position available in fast paced, growing retail business. Competitive wages. Excellent benefits. Work mainly Monday - Friday. Occasionally Saturday. Apply in person with Jason at 130 North Minnesota Avenue Sioux Falls.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Receiving & logging inventory.
- Prep orders for delivery or pick-up.
- Coordinate shipments via UPS or freight carriers.
- Assist sales staff with merchandise as needed.
- Manage inventory including cycle counts and annual inventory.
- Assist in maintaining delivery schedule.
- Assist warehouse and delivery staff.
- Ensure products are on display and sold merchandise is removed from sales floor in a timely manner.
- Oversee organization & cleanliness of warehouse.
What we need from you:
- Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Must be able to work fluently on Windows based computer software.
- Must have ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Other duties as they arise.
Must have valid drivers license with clean driving record. Must be able to pass DOT physical exam and drug test. Ability to move heavy appliances required.
