The Product Design Engineer role at Mahle Engine Components Usa, Inc. offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of electrical drives, actuators, and auxiliaries, as well as control and power electronics. As part of our product engineering team, you will work on designing and developing AC compressor components, with a focus on the electronics portion of the compressor.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in design and/or development of mechanical or mechanically driven rotational devices.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in pre-development, testing, and/or validation.
- Manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
- Automotive industry experience is a significant advantage.
