Your Role & Responsibilities
Our Head of Quality is a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, serving as a true business partner to the Plant Manager. Acting as the champion for compliance, continuous improvement and the voice of the customer, you will have overall responsibility to ensure the effectiveness & continuous improvement of the quality management system.
- Take ownership of talent management practices within the team. This includes, but is not limited to, diversity, equity and inclusion, learning and development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Plan, manage, and coordinate all facets of the quality operation to ensure outstanding supplier relationships while achieving or exceeding all elements of our customer scorecard and plant KPIs. Overall responsibility for :
Customer Quality – establish, monitor and administer plant quality goals and objectives per corporate guidelines and customer targets, review customer complaints and ensure problem resolution
