Your Contribution
In this position involved with processes related to shipments, invoicing, transportation, EDI, customer websites, pricing, and packaging.
- Provide data for creation of Customer Master Data
- Populate material master sales views and warehouse views
- Create and maintain customer material information records & scheduling agreements; troubleshoot pricing differences
- Create and maintain customer-specific work instructions
- Responsible for processing, packaging & labeling shipments and invoices
- Track customer delivery performance
- Review and maintain customer website information (as needed)
- Review and troubleshoot the status of incoming EDI & Outgoing EDI transmissions
- Create and modify prototype and tooling orders
- Process customer returns and resolve delivery performance differences with customer locations
- Communicate freight scheduling with Shipping
- Research and resolve accounts receivable issues (freight charges, returns, etc.)
- Coordinate engineering and packaging changes with production scheduling
- Participate in customer visits as necessary
- Pack and label product for shipment; Process and track UPS and FedEx Shipments
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Logistics & Warehouse Management experience is required
- Fork Truck & Stock Picker Certifications are required
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to problem solve and make quick decisions
