- Learn & use MAHLE systems to work on Product Engineering tasks (Submitting VAMAS request, test set-up, analyze test data & generate reports to be reviewed & approved by team / management)
- Learn about HVAC module design from quality aspects, starting with Drawings (tolerance callouts), DFMEA, DRBFM etc.,
- If opportunity arise, help with tasks in manufacturing plants, customer sites etc., (this task requires travel)
- Participate and run HVAC module level tests.
- Learn & use 1st order CFD Tool for HVAC module design optimization.
- Get involved in problem solving initiative with team members using tools (5 whys, fish bone, fault tree etc.,)
- Must be enrolled in a 4-year accredited university
- Major: Mechanical Engineering
- Class Standing: Sophomore or Junior
- Skills: CAD, CAE, Validation - Testing, Analysis & report creation
- Overall GPA must be a 3.0 or higher
