Summary :
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to assume full responsibility for their Bridgehampton, NY residences and to oversee substantial annual renovations.
This key role will manage all aspects of residential construction, renovations, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades, ensuring the highest standards are upheld.
Ideal applicants will have extensive knowledge of best practices in fine home construction, with a proven track record of overseeing luxury construction projects. Verifiable references showcasing significant job-site experience are essential. A background in Finish Carpentry is highly valued.
The successful candidate must reside within a manageable commute to Bridgehampton, NY. A generous relocation stipend is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee all construction and renovation projects at the Bridgehampton property .
- Daily monitoring of all projects to ensure they are completed to an elevated standard . Take photos , complete reports , and document detailed vendor meeting minutes .
- Schedule, track, and manage routine and preventative maintenance at the property.
- Oversee a semi-annual reset at each residence, including deep cleaning , touch-up painting , and other maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and track spending to maintain alignment with the annual capital (Cap Ex) and operating (Op Ex) budgets .

Generally, Monday through Friday , business hours, with flexibility required for weekend and holiday work as needed.
Compensation :
Our client offers a competitive $135,000–$165,000 annual base salary , an excellent benefits package , and an annual discretionary bonus . A generous relocation stipend is available for the right candidate.
