Position Summary :
A private, single-Family Office based in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced Project Manager with experience in luxury residential construction and renovation projects.
In this role the Project Manager will :
- Serve as an Owner's Representative
- Manage budgets, timelines, contractors, and tasks
- Expertly document the process and details for all capital improvements
This is role that will require a mix of time at the family office and travel to the family's various properties to monitor and manage job-sites.
Candidates must have a solid understanding and proficiency with MS Suite and be adept at learning other software (Asana, AutoCAD and Sketch up)

Generally, Monday to Friday, business hours with flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as requested.
Compensation :
Base compensation of $ 130,000 - $140,000 offered, depending on experience.
