We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Entry-Level Financial Associate to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to start a financial advising career within a firm that blends insurance-based planning with fiduciary-level investment advice. You’ll help clients build strong financial foundations through protection, accumulation, and legacy strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate clients on financial strategies including life insurance, retirement planning, investment management, college funding, and long-term care
- Develop and present personalized financial plans using a holistic, goals-based approach
- Guide clients through product recommendations from both insurance and investment platforms
- Build and grow your client base through networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and advisory skills
- Maintain all required licensing and comply with FINRA/SEC and insurance regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams including our RIA partners to ensure comprehensive service delivery
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Comfortable discussing both insurance and investment products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or financial planning software experience a plus
- Must be eligible to obtain state life & health insurance license
- Willingness to pursue Series 65 or 66 licensing (company supported)

- Prior experience in insurance, sales, or client service is helpful but not required
