POSITION OVERVIEW:
Mahogany Mommies is looking for a Fulfillment Associate who will be responsible for fulfilling our online orders and be able to work efficiently with minimum supervision adhering to the quality and safety standards of the company. Ideal candidate is a dependable individual with a strong work ethic and proven success in managing multiple tasks independently and within deadlines.
JOB DUTIES
You will be responsible for the following:
-Perform a variety of fulfillment duties to include:
-Review the order queue online and sort by oldest order first
-Verify the order is in stock and gather items for assembly
-Place order for any inventory that is low
-Pack/assemble orders accurately
-Label packages and prepare them to be mailed
-Organize and sort T-Shirt inventory and maintain an uncluttered inventory area making sure items are labeled and staged properly for pulling
-Operate manual heat press to press designs onto the ordered shirts.
-Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards.
-Ensure all orders meets quality standards before being shipped out.
-Develop a complete understanding of Mahogany Mommies fulfillment process.
-Process returns as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE
-Previous experience in a customer service role
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Prior experience with computer skills
-Physically able to lift to 20 lbs.
-Must be able to operate heat press safely
-Basic computer skills required; Understanding of Shopify a plus.
JOB DETAILS & BENEFITS
This position is a part-time position, averaging 35 hours a week. Must be able to work Monday-Friday between 11-6 pm EST. The position starts at $17 /hour.
