What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Accepting Puppy Kisses):
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments managing client communications across multiple different platforms like a rockstar
- Greeting pets and their humans with warmth, humor, and professionalism
- Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
- Keeping the front desk looking sharp – no fur tumbleweeds allowed!
- Handling other administrative tasks – you never know what will come next!
All jokes aside, we need someone who can:
- Keep calm and organized in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Communicate like a pro—with clients, pets, and our team
- Multitask (phones, scheduling, petting dogs and cats—at the same time!)
- Bring a positive, team-first attitude every day
- Have a passion for animals and the people who love them!
- Customer service experience
