Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team to provide hormone replacement therapy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and be experienced in working with hormones or endocrinology . This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services including testosterone administration, coaching of generalized wellness while closely monitoring labs. Excellent IV skills & experience with Bio identical hormones or aesthetics is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Deliver acute care services, including IV insertion and phlebotomy as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Conduct health coaching sessions to promote wellness and disease prevention.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment options.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and ethical care.
