What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner position at Mahomet Med Spa?
We are expanding our services to include comprehensive blood draws and Hormone Replacement Therapy this spring. Specifically Testosterone Replacement Therapy. To support this initiative, we are hiring a specialized Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide this service. Please see our ad on really.com. We will offer advanced testing capabilities for food allergies, gluten intolerance, inflammation markers, cardiac risk, cortisol levels, Vitamin D, and other essential nutrients that may not be readily available through primary care & usually not covered by insurance. Our direct-to-patient approach allows us to offer affordable blood draw services, bypassing insurance providers.
We believe strongly in accurate diagnosis & treating the deficiency NOT medicating and masking the symptoms.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 16 per week
