1. Experienced Account Manager
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary architect of enduring client relationships. Your proactive communication, industry insight, and tailored sales strategies will drive client satisfaction and contribute directly to our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture trust-based relationships with our discerning clientele.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure opportunities to enhance and expand services.
- Client Engagement: Conduct 5-10 client meetings and site visits per week for quality inspections and relationship building.
- Proposal & Contract Development: Craft compelling sales presentations, generate field measurement estimates, and develop detailed proposals that align with budget and margin targets.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on our service offerings, competitive landscape, and market trends to continually provide value to our clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential sales and account management is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about exceeding client expectations.

2. Experienced Landscape Project Manager

In this pivotal role, you will oversee landscape projects from inception to completion. Your leadership will ensure that every project is executed with precision and quality, enhancing our clients’ outdoor living spaces while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Crew Oversight: Direct and supervise project crews to guarantee that work is performed efficiently, on schedule, and in line with project specifications.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with Account Managers to identify and integrate value-enhancing opportunities into projects.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of strong crew leadership, providing mentorship and support to improve team performance.
- Resource Management: Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, manage schedules, and allocate resources effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure every project meets our exacting standards.
- Estimate & Bid Support: Assist in creating accurate project estimates and bids to support our competitive project pipeline.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a production or project management role within the landscaping or related industry.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with landscaping techniques, plant materials, and industry best practices.
- Prior experience operating landscaping equipment is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
3. Landscape Production Supervisor

As a Landscape Production Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our on-site operations, ensuring that every project is delivered with unmatched quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Daily Production Management: Supervise and coordinate on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and to our high standards.

- Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers to interpret project plans and maintain seamless communication between the field and management.
- Resource Oversight: Oversee the use and procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring optimal usage and cost efficiency.
