As an Accounts Payable & Client Services Specialist with the Mahoney Business Solutions team, you will perform a variety of administrative functions including :
- Organizing client proposals, researching new client leads, and tracking prospects
- Managing client proposals : planning workloads, defining tasks, organizing files, and budgeting
- Assisting with client billing : drafting invoices, comparing time to budget, identifying out-of-scope work, and tracking work over time
- Overseeing annual client engagement letters, standardizing department templates, and updating service listings
- Gathering client information, streamlining correspondence, and preparing data for monthly close
- Supporting client communication by sending monthly packets and financial reports
- Coordinating 1099 projects, including vendor management and filing 1099 forms
- Preparing simple bank reconciliations in QuickBooks Online (QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required)
- Processing payables for clients using BILL
