What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Utility Driver position at Mahoney Environmental Solutions?
We are looking for some additional help in our Austin, Texas area. This is a temporary utility driver position that will be working Monday night through Saturday morning with an 11pm start time.
During training period schedule will be Monday through Friday 3am to 4pm.
As this is a temporary role it does not come with benefits. This is a non-benefited position.
Schedule: Tuesday night through Sunday morning 11 pm start time!
Assignment length: 6 to 8 weeks with possible extension dependent on business needs
Starting salary between $28 - $30 an hour

We provide:
- $2.50 Shift differential available (while working 3rd shift)
- Uniforms and safety shoes provided.
- Per diem when traveling
- Handle 2" to 3" hoses pumping out used cooking oil materials into truck.
- Utilize hydraulic equipment to maneuver tanks at pickup locations.
- Clean area around tanks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- A valid CDL A license with Tanker Endorsement.
- 3 years Commercial driving experience
- Air Brake Endorsement.
- Good driving record. Safety risk rating within Mahoney acceptable standards.
- DOT certified medical card.
- Regular pushing and pulling with occasional lifting.
- Work outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Exposure to used cooking oil odors.
- Possible exposure to high traffic conditions and/or tight driving areas.
- Handling grease coated equipment.
