Description:
DUTIES (include but not limited to the following):
- Will assist the Director of Community Services in maintaining the daily operations of the department.
- Provides supervision and direction to the departmental staff assigned.
- Reviews and authorizes TCM progress notes, Individual Service Plans (ISPs), PAWS and PAS documents for accuracy and compliance with waiver and supported living guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS (include but not limited to the following):
- Hold or be eligible for and maintain Service & Support Administration Ohio DODD Management Certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field (Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and LSW or LISW preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in human services preferred.
- Some experience working with individuals who have DD.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills with various word processing and database management programs.
- Familiarity with Ohio’s waiver reimbursement system.
- Excellent math skills.
