Qualifications :
1) Must have high moral character and a strong value structure
2) Previous varsity head coaching experience preferred
3) Must have comprehensive knowledge of all elements of the game
4) Must be a willing and effective communicator and motivator
5) Must be a promoter
6) Must be goal oriented
7) Must be well organized
8) Must be an effective instructor
9) Must be a team player
10) Must have the ability to develop relationships with athletes and parents
Additional Requirements :
1) Must be available for pre-season and in-season practices and games
2) Coaches must have CPR certification / pupil activity supervisor validation (see revised standard effective 7 / 1 / 97)
3) Must have clean and current BCI and FBI background checks
