We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers and STNAs. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients
Experience:
- Experience in behavior management and working with elderly people
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility
- Knowledge of nursing home, assisted living, and hospice care practices
- Proficiency in taking vital signs
- Familiarity with direct support services and resident rights
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards clients
