Key Responsibilities:
- Sell tickets to fans for home games and special events.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and assisting with ticket-related inquiries.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and distribution of tickets.
- Keep the ticket booth organized and stocked with necessary materials.
- Assist with will-call tickets and group ticket orders.
- Promote upcoming games, promotions, and special events.
- Assist with any other box office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume ticket sales.
- Comfortable working with ticketing software and cash register systems.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on game schedule.
