Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes (2-4 axis) to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Utilize GD&T principles to ensure accuracy and quality in machining processes.
- Write and edit G-Code and M-Code programs for CNC machines.
- Perform manual machining tasks as needed to support production requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Use CAD/CAM software to design and optimize machining processes.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Haas and Okuma machines.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Tool Room Lathe Machinist.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and CNC tooling.
- Proficiency in G-Code and M-Code programming.
- Solid manual machining skills.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with Haas and Okuma machine brands.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
