We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planner to assist in building comprehensive financial plans and proposals for clients. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial Plan Development: Assist in creating customized financial plans for clients based on their goals, financial situation, and risk tolerance.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and review financial information from clients, such as income, assets, liabilities, and expenses, and analyze this data to develop financial models.
- Proposals & Recommendations: Support in drafting clear and detailed financial plan proposals, offering recommendations related to investments, insurance, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning.
- Client Meetings: Participate in client meetings to understand their needs, explain financial strategies, and provide necessary follow-ups.
- Documentation & Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all financial plans, proposals, and client communications in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Product Research: Stay informed on financial products, investment options, and market trends to assist in crafting well-rounded recommendations for clients.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that all financial planning activities adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing questions, providing periodic updates on financial plan progress, and helping with implementation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including other financial planners, analysts, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless planning process.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- Certification in financial planning (CFP, CFA, or equivalent) is preferred but not required.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or related field.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of financial planning software and tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
