The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud as well as the standard components of Salesforce. This role will be focused on the development, maintenance, modifications, reporting, and dashboards within Salesforce. The data security aspect of this role will require understanding of the complex and dynamic advisor-client experience. This role will be heavily involved in the architectural design elements of Salesforce, translating organizational, departmental, and user requests into the system. This individual must have experience with third-parties and external connections.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand and manage the configuration and implementation of the Salesforce instance, providing technical and functional support to all organizational levels.
- Own the onboarding of new Salesforce users and the delegation of appropriate system permissions and capabilities.
- Own the design and continuous improvement of Salesforce permission set groups, Profiles, Role Hierarchy, and sharing rules.
- Take ownership of assignments, ensuring proper support for tickets, enhancement requests, and project work.
- Analyze, design, build, test, and document Salesforce features while adhering to departmental standards and best practices.
- Evaluate business requirements and translate them to technical specifications that maximize the effectiveness of system capabilities.
- Create complex ad hoc queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, or data conversion purposes.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data; summarize findings, and provide conclusions and recommendations.
- Continuously seek to improve technical skills and master new technologies through independent research and professional development.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Expand knowledge of the company’s operations and functional areas, particularly in relation to assigned projects and responsibilities.
- Contribute to the development of usage strategies, SOP’s, and technical solutions for business challenges.
- Participate actively in discussions and troubleshooting of issues, providing technical expertise and fostering an environment that encourages input, feedback, and constructive challenges to decisions.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin with the following: Salesforce toolkit, Force.com platform technologies within Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Account Engagement: custom objects, controllers & triggers, Apex classes/test classes, Flows, Visualforce, SOQL, SOAP/REST-based web services.
- Experience implementing Salesforce for Wealth/Asset Management.
- Working experience with Github, Change Sets, and other CI/CD tools
- Experience with Web services API integrations.
- Salesforce.com: Platform Developer and Administrator Certifications.
- Experience with Agile software development methodology.
- Familiarity with Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with C# development.
- Experience creating Azure applications.
- Experience developing web-based technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, dynamic HTML, and XML.
- A degree or diploma in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data; summarize findings, and develop conclusions and recommendations.
- High level of understanding of relational databases and significant experience using SQL query tools via SSIS/SSMS.
- Proficiency in using SOQL query tools for data research.
- Intimate familiarity with Salesforce Permissioning toolset, including Permission Sets, Permission Set Licenses, Permission Set Groups, Profiles, Role Hierarchy, etc.
- A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and proactively prioritize and address a high volume of tasks.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels of the organization, including management, end-users and third-party individuals.

Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
