Able to understand and interpret complex directions, instructions and other forms of contract and/or customer specifications. Can demonstrate appropriate communication skills needed to verify, question, and coordinate work-in-process. Able to assess quality of own work as well as others and to troubleshoot potential problems as necessary. Able to visualize finished project and incorporate improvements to enhance productivity and the finished product. Able to work productively with all areas of the organization.
Has accurate knowledge, understanding and can efficiently use Microsoft Office, Expedition, GroupWise, SureTrak, and other applicable software. Has accurate knowledge of and can demonstrate skills in interpersonal communication and conflict management. Can demonstrate knowledge in sales, marketing and negotiation skills.
Demonstrates high degree of professional behavior and appearance, work ethic, attention to detail, honesty and reliability. Demonstrates ability to manage stress constructively and maintain positive, even temperament during periods of frustration, ambiguity, and change.
