About the Role
A large property management office is seeking a highly organized Collections Specialist to manage tenant payments, lease agreements, and court collections . This individual will be responsible for ensuring that tenants pay on time, handling collections, legal disputes, and lease enforcement .
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure tenant payments are collected and address overdue balances.
- Oversee lease agreements and resolve any tenant-related legal issues.
- Handle court collections , including preparing legal paperwork and attending court when necessary.
- Maintain organized records of all tenant payments and financial reports.
- Communicate professionally with tenants regarding payment issues.
- Collaborate with a support team for initial tenant outreach, but ultimately be responsible for collections.
