Responsibilities :
- Lead an 8-member remote billing team to ensure timely and accurate claims submissions.
- Manage the full Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process, ensuring efficient collections.
- Oversee and streamline billing workflows while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Implement strategies for process improvement to enhance revenue flow.
- Maintain relationships with providers and stay abreast of EMR technologies.
- Monitor team performance, providing training and support as needed.
