Salary : $125,000 – $200,000 (Base Growth Incentives)

Position Overview

A leading kitchen cabinet manufacturer specializing in large-scale projects is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee field teams, project managers, and logistics . This role requires strong leadership, strategic execution, and operational excellence to ensure on-time project completion, efficiency, and exceptional client experiences .

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously , implementing accountability structures and KPIs , and fostering team collaboration across both field and office teams .

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 15 , including project managers, logistics, and field teams.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously , ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Implement KPIs & accountability measures to track and improve team performance.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams , ensuring alignment with project and company objectives.
• Ensure strong client relationships , serving as the key point of contact for project updates and issue resolution.
• Optimize operational workflows to enhance communication, productivity, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with international teams .
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
