Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily school operations, facilities, and logistics
- Manage budgeting, financial oversight, and compliance
- Lead staffing, recruitment, and contract negotiations
- Supervise transportation, food services, and building maintenance
- Ensure government regulations and grant compliance
- Handle community relations, PR, and fundraising
- Lead construction and development projects (if applicable)
Must-Haves:
- Proven operations and financial management experience
