Job Description :
We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce / Amazon Account Manager to drive sales growth, increase brand visibility, and optimize customer experience. This role covers end-to-end account management, including strategy development, product listing optimization, inventory management, advertising, and customer service. The ideal candidate must have SellerCloud experience, general e-commerce expertise, and not be limited to Amazon alone. They should be well-versed in Amazon Seller / Vendor Central and broader e-commerce strategies, leveraging data-driven decision-making to enhance performance.
Responsibilities :
- E-commerce Strategy : Develop and implement strategies for growth, visibility, and revenue across multiple platforms.
- Product Optimization : Optimize listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels and coordinate fulfillment to prevent stockouts.
- Advertising : Manage Amazon PPC campaigns and promotions to boost ROAS.
- Customer Service : Respond to reviews, resolve issues, and collaborate with Amazon representatives.
- Data Analysis : Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
- Brand Compliance : Ensure adherence to Amazon policies and protect intellectual property.
