ERP Administrator
Brooklyn, NY or Toms River, NJ (Hybrid: 1-2 days a week) Full-Time
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 (Based on Experience)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NetSuite Administrator with a creative mindset and a passion for taking ownership. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of NetSuite, from foundational knowledge to advanced features. This role requires someone who is familiar with NetSuite settings, configurations, and customizations, as well as having the ability to integrate NetSuite with other systems. A basic understanding of accounting is also necessary. The company is highly growth-oriented, and we value employees who take ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- NetSuite Management: Understand and manage NetSuite at a foundational level, including settings, configurations, and “enable features.”
- Customization: Customize forms and create saved searches to meet specific business needs.
- Dashboard Creation: Create and manage dashboards to provide valuable insights and data visualization.
- SuiteApps Management: Install, manage, and optimize SuiteApps to enhance NetSuite functionality.
- Bundle Deployment: Deploy bundles to production environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
- Accounting Knowledge: Utilize a basic understanding of accounting principles to support financial operations within NetSuite.
- System Integrations: Integrate NetSuite with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- SuiteAnalytics: Utilize SuiteAnalytics to generate custom searches and reports that drive business decisions.
- Advanced Features: Leverage advanced features such as NSAW (NetSuite Analytics Warehouse) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) to optimize operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator, with a deep understanding of NetSuite settings, configurations, and customizations.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in creating saved searches, managing dashboards, and deploying bundles to production.
- ERP Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience with other ERP systems will be considered for this role.
- Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles is required.
- Integration Skills: Experience in integrating NetSuite with other systems.
- Advanced Features: Familiarity with SuiteAnalytics, custom searches, NSAW, and WMS is a plus.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Ownership: A strong sense of ownership and accountability in managing NetSuite operations.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and understand technical language.
Preferred Qualifications:
