Home Care Marketer
Field-based (NYC Metro – Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan preferred)
135 - 140k base bonus / commission
A well-established home health agency is seeking a Marketing & Referral Specialist to strengthen partnerships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and other referral sources. The ideal candidate has existing relationships within the home care industry and a strong understanding of what it takes to drive consistent, quality referrals . This role focuses on relationship-building and business development within Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan to further expand the agency's presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop & Maintain Referral Partnerships – Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, social workers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals.
- Market Expansion – Increase the agency's footprint in Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan , complementing the strong presence in the Bronx.
- Consistent Referral Growth – Identify opportunities for new patient referrals and ensure a seamless intake process.
- Strategic Relationship Management – Cultivate long-term connections with referral sources to generate ongoing business.
