The role requires someone who can operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, ensure accurate financial reporting, and assist in driving the company's financial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage billing, incoming payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain relationships with banks, ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Develop and implement budget, forecasting and projections to drive financial strategy.
- Bring fundamental accounting structure to improve financial reporting and internal controls.
- Ensure the clerical team handles their roles effectively.
- Work closely with the CEO and other leadership teams to provide financial insights.
Who You Are:
- A strong financial leader.
- Background in manufacturing, production, or similar industries is preferred, but not required .
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to forecast, budget, and manage financial risks effectively.
- Capable of working in high-pressure environments and keeping operations running smoothly.
- Comfortable being hands-on and strategic, ensuring that financial functions operate efficiently.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
