Sales Manager – Home Care
Field-based (NYC Metro – Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island)
120 - 150k base performance bonus
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of junior sales representatives responsible for referral generation. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coaching, motivating, and holding a team accountable while also contributing to business development. The success of this position will be measured by team performance, ability to open new accounts, and overall referral growth .
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage & Coach Sales Team – Guide, support, and mentor a team of 4-5 junior sales reps , helping them reach their targets.
- Daily Performance Tracking – Set expectations, track progress, and provide actionable feedback to improve results.
- New Account Development – Identify and cultivate new referral partnerships to expand business opportunities.
