Senior Manager, Influencer & Brand Partnership
Location : Remote (with some travel required)
Salary : $70,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)
Position Overview
We're seeking a results-driven Head of Social Media & Brand Partnerships to lead our organic social media, influencer marketing, and brand collaboration initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative, strategic thinker who thrives in building online communities, leveraging brand partnerships, and executing impactful social media campaigns. You will work across multiple platforms— TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels —to drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement data-driven organic social media strategies.
- Oversee content creation, community management, and platform growth.
- Capitalize on trends, viral moments, and cultural conversations to maximize brand exposure .
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
Build and manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand messaging.Oversee partnerships, contract negotiations, and performance tracking.Optimize influencer-driven content for organic and paid marketing.Brand Partnerships & Collaborations
Identify and execute strategic brand collaborations , giveaways, and co-branded activations.Foster relationships with complementary brands, media partners, and industry leaders.Develop cross-promotional campaigns that expand reach and drive engagement .Content & Community Growth
Leverage short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) to enhance engagement.Plan and execute interactive brand activations, live events, and community initiatives.Drive user-generated content (UGC) strategies to boost authenticity and trust.Performance Tracking & Optimization
Analyze social media metrics, influencer performance, and campaign ROI .Continuously test and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing tactics .Must-Haves
3-5 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships.Proven track record of growing social media engagement and influencer-driven revenue .Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms .Strong ability to negotiate partnerships and manage influencer relationships.Data-savvy mindset with experience in tracking campaign performance .Why Join Us?
