Hours : Monday-Thursday 9 AM - 6 PM | Friday 9 AM - 1-2 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Team Lead to oversee and optimize multi-brand social media efforts . This role will be responsible for leading a team of around 10 social media professionals , ensuring that content strategies align with business goals, and analyzing performance metrics to drive engagement and visibility.

This is a leadership role within our in-house marketing agency , which manages 10-12 brands at a time across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms . The ideal candidate will be business-savvy, analytical, and capable of mentoring a young, energetic team while ensuring that social media efforts translate into tangible business results .

The Social Media & Digital Marketing Team Lead will work directly with the Director of Social Media & Marketing and collaborate with PR and external agencies to maximize brand presence across all relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement platform-specific social media strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and return on investment.
• Analyze performance data , including impressions, shares, click-through rates, and conversions , to inform strategic adjustments.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 social media professionals , providing guidance and professional development.
• Ensure content aligns with brand goals while staying within budget constraints for each brand.
• Identify high-performing campaigns and develop strategies to scale successful initiatives across multiple brands.
• Work with paid social advertising campaigns to enhance engagement and drive conversions.
