This remote role combines graphic design expertise with social media management to elevate our brand presence and marketing efforts.Responsibilities : Design visually compelling graphics using extensive brand assets for campaigns, ads, and social media.Manage social media platforms, including creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and running paid ad campaigns.Brainstorm and execute marketing strategies for holidays and year-round events.Collaborate daily with the team to develop fresh, creative ideas.Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.Edit basic videos and organize online webinars (a plus).Take ownership of tasks, demonstrating eagerness to learn and grow into a supervisory role.Qualifications : 3-4 years of professional experience in both graphic design and social media marketing.Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design and successful social media campaigns.Detail-oriented, positive, and intelligent with excellent organizational skills.Energetic and motivated to work under guidance, with a strong desire to grow professionally.Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools.Experience in healthcare marketing (strongly preferred).Email resume to : Baila@maiplacement.com
