Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled CAD Documentation Specialist to manage and maintain detailed CAD files for our facilities. This role involves creating accurate building layouts and floor plans, including technical specifications for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, ductwork, and other systems. The Specialist will collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize warehouse and office layouts for maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create, update, and maintain all layers of CAD files, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information for building layouts and technical specifications.
- Develop and refine floor plans and layouts for facilities, including warehouse and office spaces.
- Include and manage CAD documentation for systems such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and ductwork.
- Collaborate with engineers to identify space optimization opportunities and propose layout improvements.
- Generate detailed documentation, including part drawings, schematics, and exploded views.
- Continuously improve design processes and documentation practices through learning and innovation.
